Josh Blom has been coaching and leading leaders for over 20 years. From business owners to non-profit executive leaders, Josh loves seeing people discover the joy and fulfillment of growing in their leadership and the impact that can have on their lives: physically, emotionally and spiritually. Leadership can be a lonely and, at times, an overwhelming place. One of Josh’s primary goals is to partner with other leaders in relationship as they work together to achieve their goals and dreams.
Serving as the Executive Pastor for Engedi Church in Holland, MI, Josh has helped lead the church from 500 in average attendance to 2,300. Under his leadership, the number of employees has grown from 10 to 50 and Engedi has expanded from one to three locations - adding to the complexity of leading across multiple sites.
What makes Josh an effective coach is his ability to listen intently, ask insightful questions, breakthrough assumption barriers and work with a solution-oriented mindset that helps people achieve their most challenging objectives.
